Scheer awarded bronze medal in EcoVadis CSR rating

Security, compliance, privacy and quality are not the only issues that are repeatedly the focus of external certifications, tenders and customer requirements.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR), in particular, is becoming increasingly important. CSR generally refers to the social responsibility of companies in the sense of sustainable management.

To this end, Scheer GmbH underwent an intensive review of its CSR performance efforts in the spring and summer of 2021.

With the help of the EcoVadis platform, a company's CSR performance can be managed, reviewed and communicated in a clear and traceable manner. To this end, the assessment focuses on four thematic areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Once the assessment has been carried out, it is also possible to compare the company within and between industries as well as with regional benchmarks.

Scheer has now passed the rating! Many thanks to all employees involved for their constructive commitment. We can now build on this achievement, and it gives us tailwind on our joint path to a digital, livable, and sustainable future!
