CARBOGEN AMCIS is the Swiss subsidiary of the Dishman Group, whose HR processes were to be integrated into the global HR system. The HR processes and data access for both companies had to be implemented in a legally compliant manner.

Solution

The SuccessFactors solution was implemented in the parent company's existing system.

The solution includes:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll
• Ongoing implementation solution in the context of further cooperations are Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Tracking
