SAP ECC system with various modules (including PSM), customer-specific developments and interfaces in use
Various 3rd party solutions in use
Limited departmental resources
End of SAP ECC maintenance announced for the end of 2027
No S/4 preparations have been made to date

Solution

Transformation of the current SAP ECC system to SAP S/4HANA using the brownfield approach
Conducting a preliminary study to develop a customized roadmap for the changeover
Implementation of the SAP business partner under SAP ECC
Conversion to SAP S/4HANA
- Class. ledger -> new ledger incl. new FI-AA
- incl. implementation of SAP PS
- Individual SAP Fiori apps
