    • Historically evolved solution in SAP ECC and other IT systems
    • Ongoing further development of the process and IT landscape
    • Integration in the long-term project program of Wiener Stadtwerke

    Solution

    • Creation of a roadmap for SAP S/4HANA
    • Building blocks have been developed for the following phases:
      • Before SAP S/4HANA implementation
      • SAP S/4HANA implementation
      • After SAP S/4HANA implementation
    • In addition, improvement requests have been collected and can be implemented early on as quick wins.
