    • Several group companies operate several SAP ECC systems
    • Ongoing changes and development within process and IT landscape
    • Integration in Wiener Stadtwerke‘s long-term project program

    Solution

    • Elaborate roadmap to move the group companies to one SAP S/4HANA system
    • Building blocks had been elaborated for the main phases:
      • Before S/4HANA implementation
      • S/4HANA implementation
      • After S/4HANA implementation
    • An agile approach will deliver fast feedback loops and tangible results in an early stage

    • The roadmap comprises the transition of several SAP systems with different releases to one Service Cluster SAP S/4HANA System
